1) Shipping - all of our products ship via Fedex. Packages are shipped normally within 2 business days via FEDEX Ground. Expedited packages are available upon request by contacting gregor@braeval.net
2) Refunds: If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason you can return that product for a full refund less shipping costs. The product must be returned in clean and unused condition. Please request a Return authorization number by calling 860-482-7260 or email to: gregor@braeval.net
3) Cancellations: If you have a pending order and wish to cancel, please email your intent to gregor@braeval.net and we will accommodate you. If your order has shipped refer to refunds policy above.
